Full members (Level 1 and above) applying for an upgrade in their membership level need to upload all necessary documentation to their online member file 10 days prior to each of the above committee meetings.
To support your upgrade application you will need to upload: a summary of hours earned for each year since certification (following the example provided); either an employer’s letter or Stat Dec substantiating your hours; and 2 peer references.
