Exciting News, We're Switching to our New Membership System!

The time has come for us to launch our new and improved membership system.

Access to the membership system has been removed while we transfer data over. After final checks, the new system will be launched in approximately two weeks.

 

What this will mean for you?

Until the new system is live:

  • All membership renewals, upgrades and studio registration will be deferred
  • You will not be able to log in to your PAA membership
  • It will not be possible to update contact details or studio workplaces
  • First Aid, Insurance and PDP document uploads will not be possible

FAQs

What if my membership is due for renewal during the offline period?
Your renewal notice will be sent to you when the new system is live.

My BMS insurance will expire during the cIosure, what shall I do?
BMS insurance is renewed directly with them and they should send you a reminder with instructions on how to renew.

My Insurance/First Aid expires during the cIosure, what shall I do?
Renew them as normal and then upload the document when the new system is live.

I have other documents I need to upload, what shall I do?
Keep them safe and upload them to your membership when the new system is live.
