FAQs

What if my membership was due for renewal during the offline period?
Renewal notices have been sent to all members who expire between 1 August and 31 October 2024. If you haven’t received your notice:

  • please check your junk mail/spam folder
  • check your membership record to see whether there’s an open invoice on your file ready to pay
  • if not, email info@pilates.org.au to let us know your notice hasn’t arrived.

My BMS insurance expired during the cIosure, what shall I do?
BMS insurance is renewed directly with them and they should have sent you a reminder with instructions on how to renew.

I have new documents to upload (first aid, insurance, PDPs, qualifications)
You may now upload your new documents to the system (after setting up your log in credentials).

There are two different upload locations depending on the document:

  • Select the ‘Documents’ tab for first aid, insurance and qualifications
  • Select the ‘Professional Development’ tab for your PDP certificates
