Notice of 2021 PAA AGM and Elections
Due to the restrictions imposed as a result of “Stay at Home” orders, the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Pilates Alliance Australasia will be conducted entirely online via Zoom.
All members of the PAA are invited to join the meeting, to be held on:
Friday 08 October 2021, 2.00pm
Deadline for online registration for attendance at the AGM: Thursday 7 October 2021 at 5pm
(You will need your membership number in order to register.)
Agenda
1. Welcome & apologies
2. Confirming minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
3. President’s Report
4. Receiving the reviewed financial statements for the 2020/2021 financial year
5. Election of Committee members
6. Any other business
Elections
The following positions are up for election at this meeting:
• President
• Treasurer
• Vice President
• Secretary
• At least two ordinary committee members
Nominations
Nominations closed on 24 September 2021.
Since the number of nominations received is less than the number of vacant committee positions there is no requirement for an election at the AGM. Therefore, proxy voting is also not necessary.
