What originally motivated you to try Pilates and then go on to train as an instructor?

I always enjoyed participating in team sports and keeping fit, and injuries kept getting in my way. Pilates helped me build strength and rehabilitate these injuries in a non-clinical setting through my teens. With my Mum already a firm advocate of the Method, I was strongly encouraged to undertake teacher training, and have stuck with it ever since!
