Regardless of age, injury or activity level, Pilates is great for you! I have an interest in helping people move and rehabilitate, instructing Pilates along with my current studies in Chiropractic allow this.

How have you handled your Pilates teaching or training with COVID-19?

Training through Covid-19 has taught me how to use verbal instruction very effectively while maintaining social distancing. Giving corrections without hands-on has provided me with a greater skill set to help people. It has also raised my interest in online Pilates instruction.

The amount of theory required for the diploma was surprising. However I’d say even more surprising than that was how useful it was for programming and understanding the body.
