Competition Terms and Conditions

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Pilates Association Australia. The “Prize” refers to 1 x 3-day general admission ticket to the PAA Conference 2025, to be held from 12–14 September 2025.
2. The Prize includes admission to the PAA Conference only. All other costs associated with attending the event—including but not limited to travel, accommodation, insurance, meals, and incidental expenses—are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Promoter accepts no liability for any such additional costs. This clause is subject to applicable laws and regulations in New South Wales (NSW).
3. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entry is open only to attendees of the Pilates Expo 2025. Entry is via completion of a form available at the Pilates Association Australia exhibitor stand. Entrants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number to be eligible.
5. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
6. All entries must be received by 3:00 PM AEST on 3 May 2025.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is free.
8. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
9. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
10. One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Promoter after 3:00 PM on 3 May 2025 and will be notified on or after this date via the contact details provided.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
12. The Promoter’s total liability under or in connection with the competition shall be limited to the cost value of the Prize.
13. To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with this competition or the Prize.
14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
15. The name, email address, phone number, and address of the winner may be required by The Promoter for the purpose of Prize fulfillment.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these Terms and Conditions without notice.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering, entrants agree that their name, photo, and/or social media handle may be used by The Promoter for promotional purposes on its social media channels, website, or other marketing materials.
19. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive email communications from the Pilates Association Australia (PAA), including information, news, and marketing material. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting PAA directly.

This is a trade promotion conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading regulations. A permit is not required under current guidelines.
