NOTE: Pilates specific workshop applications need to clearly show the application of science/knowledge to Pilates repertoire and provide specific repertoire examples. Multiple file uploads allowed.

Assessment for online workshops must include 8-10 multiple choice or true/false questions per hour of workshop, to a maximum of 30 per day.

Please upload an example of the Assessment that will be used for workshop outcomes and any additional supporting information. Workshops with assessment via submitted tasks (e.g. essay, project, case study) should provide the full task and marking criteria.

Note: 15 minutes assessment time will be allocated for each hour of workshop. Example: a 2 hour workshop would be allotted 2.5 PDPs, allowing an extra 30 minutes for assessment.

When you submit you will be taken to Stripe to pay the application fee. An additional invoice for award of PDPs will be issued once the your assessment is approved.
