Questions

What originally motivated you to try Pilates and then go on to train as an
instructor?

As a young dancer my dance teacher at the time suggested I needed Pilates strength training, thereafter I continued Pilates throughout my dance career into University and dance teaching. Later it lead me into a long and rewarding career in Pilates.

What did you eat for breakfast?

Sticky date & banana overnight oats- so simple and easy to prepare the night before.

In one word, describe your first Pilates experience?

Intense!

What’s the best thing about your job?

Always learning and working in the health and wellness industry.

Your ‘go to’ website for all things Pilates (other than PAA)?

The best advice you’ve ever had?

Make it happen!

An indulgence you can’t live without?

Chocolate

How long have you been a member of PAA and how did you hear about
PAA?

Member since 2013 (6 years)

Do you have a motto?

Don’t procrastinate

What’s the most challenging aspect of your job?

Making the time for my own practice

How do you use PAA?

For continuing education, and keeping myself involved in the industry.

Who is your Pilates idol or would love to meet, and why?

I have a few, not to mention my Mentor Rael Isacowitz, all whom I have met. Now I continue to follow their journey and continue to be inspired by watching and
learning through them. Attending advanced education each year is a must.

What do you appreciate most about your body?

The movement and mobility I currently have today. I am grateful
