The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Pilates Association Australia will take place at the PAA Conference, Sydney and also online via Zoom.
As a valued member of the PAA, we invite you to join the meeting to be held on:

Elections
Karen Goh (Secretary) and Bruce Hildebrand have reached the end of their second three-year term (as outlined in the PAA Constitution) and have decided to stand again for election.
We invite nominations for the following positions, which are up for election at this meeting:
- Secretary
- At least 2 ordinary committee members

Nominations
The PAA committee aim to have the diversity of our membership represented in our committee and encourage all members to consider stepping up to the challenge.
Becoming a member of the PAA committee is a commitment to make an active contribution to the many projects being undertaken. To join this busy and dynamic team submit your nomination form by email to: info@pilates.org.au
Voting
If there is more than one candidate for the Secretary position, or for each of the Ordinary Committee positions, the method for voting will be advised at the time the candidates are announced. Proxy forms will also be made available at this time.
Deadline
Nomination forms for office bearers & general committee must be received by Friday 5 September 2025 at 2pm.
Candidates will be announced by 5pm on Friday 5 September 2025.
