Preparing for Easing of COVID-19 Restrictions and Return to Work

As your industry association, the PAA are in contact with all Commonwealth, State and Territory Health Ministers and Departments and Small Business Ministers and Offices to help Pilates practitioners return to face-to-face practice.

To support and enhance our efforts we have engaged an advocacy consultant and developed a return to work plan following National COVID-19 Coordination Commission (NCCC) recommendations.

Summary of current Australian Commonwealth, State and Territory approaches to face-to-face Pilates

To assist our members navigate the current environment, we have compiled a document to summarise the PAA’s understanding of the current Australian government approaches to face-to-face Pilates (State and Commonwealth). This document will be updated regularly as new information and guidelines are announced or advised.

When considering which restrictions are applicable to you, note that local State/Territory regulations take precedence over Commonwealth instructions.

**Please note that the Australian government responses to Covid-19 are changing regularly and remain the authoritative source for what is and isn’t permitted. This document is a summary of our understanding of current government responses and does not replace the government’s formally issued advice.
